Can I self-collect my purchased products?

Unfortunately, we do not have self-collection services available at the moment. Sorry about that!

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is collected in selected states as required by law. You can see the exact sales tax on your order after entering your address information on the Amazon checkout page.

Can I order extra parts for my furniture?

We are here to help! You may write to us at help@mopio.com specifying the parts you need and we will be able to assist you! (Please do provide us with images so that we can better identify the parts you require)

Do you offer financing options?

If you are a Amazon.com Store Cardholder, you can take advantage of the various financing options offered by Amazon.

Do your products come assembled?

Mopio furniture does not come pre-assembled. However, all our products include step by step assembly instructions and it is very easy to assemble.

Are finish colors shown in your photos accurate?

All product photos on our website are taken by professional photographers under lighting conditions that are typical in a residential home. We endeavour to accurately show the finish color and texture as best we can. However, the photos displayed on your monitor or output from your printer may vary depending on your display and output settings. Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are designed in-house and manufactured in China and South East Asia. We conduct rigid factory audits and background checks before working with any external partners to ensure the quality of furniture, and that the conditions of the workers and our partners follow strict regulations set by authorities.

Customization

Can I customize a sofa or bed frame using different fabrics?

Thank you for your interest! Unfortunately, we currently do not offer options to customize.

Shipping, Delivery & Assembly

Am I able to pick up my items from your store?

Currently we do not have showrooms or stores in order to keep costs down for your purchases.

Do you deliver on Saturdays or Sundays?

Unfortunately, our service providers currently do not deliver on weekends. We will be looking at how we can offer more delivery options in the near future!

Do you deliver to my area?

We currently deliver to most areas in the Contiguous USA. You may key in your zip code on the Amazon product page to check if we deliver to your area.

How do I track my shipment?

Once we dispatch the products, you will receive an email notificaiton from Amazon with the courier tracking number, based on which you can easily track the shipping progress.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

It takes up to 5 working days for the products to be delivered to you in most areas that we cover. If you have any questions regarding product lead time, please contact us via help@mopio.com

I received the wrong order, can you help?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at help@mopio.com and provide your Order Confirmation number as well as a detailed description of what you ordered and what was wrongly sent. We will respond within 2 working days and will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

How much do you charge for shipping and how will my order be delivered?

We offer free shipping and use reliable courier service providers to deliver the products to you.

Returns & Exchange

What should I do if my shipment is damaged or products received are defective?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at help@mopio.com and provide a detailed description of the damage, as well as photos (or videos, where appropriate) showing the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Warranty

How do I claim my warranty?

Easy! Just email us at help@mopio.com and provide a detailed description of the fault as well as photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the fault. We will then reply within 2 working days and do our best to support you on the issues.

What warranty do you offer for your products?

You'll just need to submit your warranty registration upon purchase and it comes with one year warranty period. You can print a copy of your order from Order Details in Amazon and upload it as your proof of purchase. If you require further help or advice please contact us at help@mopio.com.
